On the 10th December 2020, P.Ri.Ma.Forma. organised a Zoom webinar for the professionals of Associazione Lavoro Over 40 to introduce them to LINK-UPS project, approach and tools, providing guidelines on how the methodological framework and interactive platform could be used by the organization’s staff to improve the quality and impact of the provided services on the target group. Associazione Lavoro Over 40 is a non-profit association committed to the discrimination faced by a mature worker in reintegration into work and therefore it aims to give wide visibility to the professionalism and experiences of workers without work over the age of 40, trying to encourage and facilitate their return to the world of work by every possible means.
