The aim of O1 is to develop a methodological framework for the building of digital skills through social media of low-skilled/low-qualified unemployed persons (especially over 45), in order to increase their access to employment opportunities.
The tasks planned for O1 include the following:

IO2 - Mobile and online interactive platform for building the digital competence of low-skilled/low-qualified unemployed persons
The aim of O2 is the development and pilot implementation of a mobile and online interactive e-learning platform for building the social media competences and digital skills of low-skilled/low-qualified unemployed persons (mainly over 45), based on the methodological framework developed under O1.

IO3 – Online self-assessment tool and usability manual for professionals supporting low-skilled/low-qualified unemployed persons
The aim of IO3 is the development and dissemination of an online self-assessment tool and manual presenting the new approach and providing guidelines on how the methodological framework and interactive mobile and online platform can be used by the professionals supporting unemployed adult people.
